Start a Local Chapter. We’ll Help.

Rekindle is built to serve your community.

From the outset, the Rekindle Fellowship was designed to scale nationally, making a local impact in dozens of communities, while also creating a national network of Fellows to support each other’s efforts. Everything about Rekindle – the curriculum, the readings, the branding, the website, etc. – has been designed to be easily shared with communities and be as “off the shelf” as possible. We’ll give you a playbook, resources, and hands-on technical support. If you’ll put in the effort on your end, we’ll guide you through our tried-and-true process, and make launching your Chapter as simple as possible.

Where does Rekindle have Chapters currently?

This map is constantly being updated as more Rekindle Chapters launch around the country!

To date, we’ve talked to over 20 communities about launching their own Chapters, so now is a great time to reach out and get the support you need to rekindle Black-Jewish partnership in your city. Outside of Cleveland, Rekindle now has Chapters either running or in formation in:

Rekindle Fellows from the Newark Chapter recently gathered in Washington, DC, for the 60th anniversary of the March on Washington.

What does a Rekindle Chapter cost?

For a limited time, Rekindle is totally free to use in your local community. As we grow and scale, hopefully becoming a national network of Rekindle Fellows that support each other, we are not charging any interested community.

How does Rekindle support new Chapters?

As mentioned, we’ve worked hard to make Rekindle as “turn-key” as possible for interested communities. You just need to follow our step-by-step playbook to go from nothing to a robust dialogue and vibrant Rekindle Chapter. We have marketing materials, the curriculum, the handouts, fundraising templates, and so much more to offer. We can’t help with the recruitment or logistics, but we’re there to help with everything else!
